A True Harmony Minute on Homemade Banana Cream Facials by Jacqueline Gillam

Hello! I’m Jacqueline Gillam, Licensed Aesthetician at the Center for True Harmony Wellness & Medicine. Here’s a recipe for a Homemade Facial!

The Banana Cream facial is easy to make at home and can be used as often as once per week.  It is safe for all skin types, even the most sensitive of skin.  All you need is a 2 inch slice of banana and a small amount on cream.  Using a small bowl and fork, mash the banana.  Add just a small amount of cream to help you achieve a paste-like consistency.  Apply mask to face, neck, and décolleté .  Leave on for 20-30 minutes and remove with warm water.  Follow with toner and moisturizer.  It is highly moisturizing and will leave your skin glowing.
