The Face Diet

Do you want better looking skin in 3 days? I suggest you try this proven and easy to follow diet for 3 days and notice an improvement in blemishes/breakout, puffiness, fine lines, and dark circles under the eyes.

  • Breakfast
      • 3 egg omelet
      • ½ cup oatmeal (cooked) not instant, microwavable
      • 1/3 cup fresh/frozen berries raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
      • 12oz spring water
    Lunch
      • 4-6 oz. grilled or broiled salmon use only wild caught salmon for optimal omega 3’s
      • 2 cups dark leafy greens salad w/ olive oil and fresh lemon
      • 1 kiwi fruit
      • 12 oz spring water
    Snack
      • 1 apple
      • 2oz sliced turkey breast, low sodium
      • Ό cup walnuts or almonds
    Dinner
      • 4-6oz grilled or broiled salmon use only wild caught salmon for optimal omega 3’s
      • 2 cups dark leafy greens salad w/ olive oil and fresh lemon
      • 1/2 cup steamed asparagus, broccoli, or spinach
      • 1/3 cup fresh/frozen berries raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
      • 12 oz spring water Snack
      • 1 pear
      • 6 oz plain yogurt
      • Ό oz walnuts or almonds
