Dance Workout class with Sherry VanGoethem!

We all need to increase our cardio, so Sherry from the Center for True Harmony Wellness and Medicine has created a fun and cardio filled Dance Workout Class. She will pull from her wide array of cultural dances each week to instill a fun and action packed hour. No experience is required! Come and learn the basics of some great cultural dances. We start with 20 minutes of energetic Bhangra from northern India, then move to 20 minutes of Belly Dance to tone our muscles and get a little breather, then the last 20 minutes we explode into African Fusion, another high intensity dance style. Wear comfy workout clothes, shoes are optional.
