Childbirth Education Classes are an essential component of a well-prepared pregnancy and child birthing experience . The goal of these education classes is to present the necessary information to decrease fears, squelch common myths and allow the expectant parents to make informed decisions about their healthcare and the care of their new baby. These classes will also teach techniques to manage the discomforts of labor and delivery.

The outline below will cover the information in each class as well as give you a guideline as to when you should take each class.
