Sherry Fragosa began dancing just one year before she opened up the Center for True Harmony Wellness & MedicineTM PC. In 2003 she began her studies in bellydance, Tribal Style. A year later she was inducted into the Domba World Dance troupe and began performing at restaurants, festivals and national workshops alongside of well known dancers like Suhaila Salimpoor, Ava Fleming and many more! This troupe showcased Sherry as a credible dancer in the genres of Bellydance, and West African Fusion. Her specialty in Bhangra also started that year by becoming a lead dancer and choreographer in the local BoomBoom Bollywood troupe. She is now one of the only Bhangra instructors in the PhoenixValley.
Sherry's teaching career began in 2006 with Bhangra classes and then progressed into Bellydance technique lessons and advanced level choreographies. She has over 100 YouTube videos online that show her many classes. Sherry's massage career has aided in her teachings. No matter their skill level, her students master multiple dance moves in each class because of her knowledge of the body and the science of movement. Her choreographies have a reputation of being fun and flirty with extreme precision in the intricate dance combinations she creates to the music. Her workout classes highlight the style of Bhangra and West African fusion while keeping the high energy needed to burn calories. Overall, Sherry is known for her fun and always energizing dance classes.
