Sherry Fragosa

Sherry Fragosa began dancing just one year before she opened up the Center for True Harmony Wellness & MedicineTM PC. In 2003 she began her studies in bellydance, Tribal Style. A year later she was inducted into the Domba World Dance troupe and began performing at restaurants, festivals and national workshops alongside of well known dancers like Suhaila Salimpoor, Ava Fleming and many more! This troupe showcased Sherry as a credible dancer in the genres of Bellydance, and West African Fusion. Her specialty in Bhangra also started that year by becoming a lead dancer and choreographer in the local BoomBoom Bollywood troupe. She is now one of the only Bhangra instructors in the PhoenixValley.

 

Sherry's teaching career began in 2006 with Bhangra classes and then progressed into Bellydance technique lessons and advanced level choreographies. She has over 100 YouTube videos online that show her many classes. Sherry's massage career has aided in her teachings. No matter their skill level, her students master multiple dance moves in each class because of her knowledge of the body and the science of movement. Her choreographies have a reputation of being fun and flirty with extreme precision in the intricate dance combinations she creates to the music. Her workout classes highlight the style of Bhangra and West African fusion while keeping the high energy needed to burn calories. Overall, Sherry is known for her fun and always energizing dance classes. 







Tiffany Kuehn

Tiffany Kuehn has been involved in the healing arts field for over 14 years!  Currently she is lead Massage Therapist as well as Yoga Instructor at True Harmony.  Within her 14 years of experience she has become an expert massage therapist and instructor.  She teaches her deep understanding of the healing process and extensive knowledge of anatomy at an elite college for healing arts in Tempe, AZ. This knowledge and understanding prepared her for her role as Yoga instructor.  She has been enlightened by this form of bodywork and has experienced its benefits firsthand.  Using breathwork, as well as different postures and poses she guides classes and individuals in the foundational pieces of Yoga practice empowering them to transform their own life! She is sure to assist you in recovering from your pain and assist you in making the permanent life changes you wish to create. 







Gina Cinardo

Gina Cinardo has been dancing all her life and has been trained in jazz, ballet, modern, African, Indian and some ballroom, but 9 years ago the art of Middle Eastern dance mesmerized her and she was determined to master it. Since then she has studied under some of the most reputable belly dance instructors across the country. She has been a member of 3 professional dance troupes (Alimah, Boom Boom Bollywood and the Aashiyanna Dance Company), and has performed professionally for many events. She has since refined her technique and has taught a multitude of workshops and classes in the Phoenix area. Her enthusiastic and cheerful nature will uplift your spirit after a long dreary day. 







Astara Robinson

Astara Robinson is a highly qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. Her love for yoga started in Michigan in 1999 and has been the magnet pulling her into the health and bodywork fields ever since. As a registered nurse, specializing in critical care, her knowledge of anatomy and the body systems largely influence her teachings of structural alignment and breathing practices. Her background magnifies her awareness of client specific muscular holdings patters. This gives her the ability to offer sequences of yoga poses to facilitate a change in the body and also to massage with precise detail allowing muscle tension to truly let go. She is delighted in the way the joy of yoga has infused all parts of her life. She strongly believes the healing ability of yoga and massage for the mind, body and spirit. Both Astara’s yoga teaching and massage practice are developed in a way to invite each student back inside their own body. Only once we begin to truly communicate with our own unique bodies can a true advancement in well-being take place.  






Jezaree McNutt

Jezaree is a Certified Yoga Instructor trained at the Accredited and Internationally known Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. As a massage therapist and body worker she understands the importance of proper alignment and stretching. Her passion is helping the body feel its best while also balancing the emtional and mental states. She found yoga to be a wonderful modality that encompases that balancing with the incorporation of breath and meditation. Jezaree is passionate and excited to begin her Tuesday morning classes and hopes to spread these ancient techniques for greater healing in body, mind, and spirit!
