Follow this program for appozimatley 10-14 days
MORNING COCKTAIL
Mix and blend the following ingredients in a blender:
1 TBS Olive Oil (extra virgin)
1 TBS Flax Oil (Essential Balance with GLA)
Fresh-squeezed juice of one lemon
1-2 cloves fresh garlic
Drink this cocktail each morning or rising.
HERBAL TEA
10-20 minutes after drinking the above cocktail, follow with a cup of herbal tea. teas should not contain caffeine or roaster grains.
Suggestions:
Peppermint Pau d’Arco Suma Yogi Tea
Fenugreek Raspberry leaf Fennel Green tea
(decaffeinated)

Drink two or more cups of herbal tea per day. Avoid caffeine-containing teas and formulas containing roasted grains. Do not add or milk or sugar to your cup of tea.
FRUIT BREAKFAST
Wait 15-30 minutes after the herbal tea, then have fruit for breakfast. (use organically grown fruit)

Grapefruit Papaya Mango Pineapple
“Organic” Apples Pears Kiwi Fruit
Most fresh fruit would be fine for breakfast. Avoid juices. (Unless fresh, diluted)

Optional Suggestion: ‘UltraClear’ or ‘The Ultimate Meal’ or ‘Designer (whey) Protein’ or ‘ProGreens’
(or other non-dairy, non-egg protein/whole-food drink) for breakfast
Blend together one or two scoops powder with water, organic apple juice or fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, plus optional frozen banana or other frozen fruit for a smoothy drink.
VEGETABLE LUNCH/DINNER
Eat most vegetables for afternoon and evening meals.
Suggested Meal Plans
Salads: Suggestions: Loose leaf lettuce, fresh spinach, green onions, grated carrots, sprouts, celery, and most any fresh vegetable you would like to experience in your salad.
Salad Dressing: Olive oil, lemon, garlic (same as morning cocktail)
Steamed Fresh Vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, yams, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, onions, spinach, bean sprouts, kale
Baked Vegetables: Winter squash, yams, sweet potatoes
Grains: Cooked rice, millet, Quinoa, Amaranth
Suggestions: It is OK to use a small amount of olive oil, lemon, garlic dressing on vegetables.
Fresh spices and seasonings are allowed. Do not use soy sauce or table salt. A small amount of sea salt would be OK.
Optional suggestion: Drink UltraClear or The Ultimate Meal or Designer Protein or Pro Greens beverage with or between meals.
Drink: at least a half-gallon (8 glasses) of pure drinking water pure day.
