True Harmony Health Culture is a continuing educational forum for women in all walks of life.  We have classes for the teenage and 20-something's, the 9 and 40 year old Women & Families, and the mature Women in their 50 and 60's. The Heart of True Harmony Health Culture is to provide educational classes focusing on healthy bodies and healthy families. The classes focus on Food & Nutrition, Skin Care, Hormones, Pregnancy & Baby Education, Exercise including Dance and Yoga, Relationships, Family issues and much more.
