Early Signs Of Pregnancy

You just have one thought: Could I be pregnant?

A pregnancy test is how you can confirm it. Does it seem too early? If so, you could be looking for early signs of pregnancy.

Did you miss your period? If you're currently in your reproductive years and haven't had your normal monthly cycle for a week or longer, you might well be pregnant.

What are the early signs of pregnancy?

If you are pregnant, you could be experiencing any or all of the following.

Sensitive breasts: Your breasts become sore and tender due to hormonal changes early in pregnancy.

Vomiting and nausea: During the early stages of pregnancy, many women may experience nausea with or without vomiting.

Excessive urination: A pregnant woman may urinate more frequently than under normal conditions. This is due to an overproduction of blood in the body of a woman during pregnancy that makes your kidney flush out more fluid from the bladder.

Fatigue: It is one of the most prevalent symptoms of pregnancy in the first trimester.

Darkening areolas: A pregnant woman's areolas (the region surrounding the nipples) become darker and may grow.

Moodiness: Hormones surging in your body may cause you to become abnormally sensitive and hence mood swings happen.

Bloating and constipation: A pregnant woman may have constipation and bloating problems.

Smell sensitivity: Many pregnant women have a sensitivity to smell, which is an early symptom of pregnancy.

Food aversions: During pregnancy, you may notice an aversion to some types of food.

Nasal congestion: Nasal congestion is yet another early symptom of pregnancy. The nose's mucous membranes are affected significantly by hormones, so congestion and sneezing occur.

Uterine cramping: This is yet another early symptom during your pregnancy .
