We at True Harmony love to help any way we can! We understand how hectic life can be and how much support is needed for new parents. Below are ideas of what can be packed and ready to go for the whole family.
 
For MOM
-Drivers License/Insurance card
-Comfortable clothing, keep in mind hospitals are cold
-Pajama wear x2
-Going home outfit
-Socks
-Shoes
-Underwear x2 at least
-Any medications
-Hair ties
-Curling iron
-Flat iron
-Nursing bra/breast pads
-A robe, most hospitals have one for you
-Pads if you dont want to use what the hospital provides
