Staying Safe

I am going to challenge you to a mental game. It's so important to maintain a safe environment no matter where the setting may be. If staying safe means you're staying home and practicing social distancing, great this callenge can apply to you!

If staying safe to you means wearing a mask and working long hours to ensure the health and wellness of others, this can also apply to you.

These times are unprecedented. They trump anything our generation was prepared to face as a tribe. So lets nurture the busy hustle and bustle of our brains. Let us challenge one another to allow any negative thoughts that come to forefront. Let's acknoweldge their presence and kindly ask them to be gone. In doing so, we will replace the negative with a kind and positive thought.

It'll be worth it! Give it a shot! We want to see your progress, let love lead!
